The New Collector Dashboard

The New Collector Dashboard

We’ve shipped a major update to the collector dashboard — the screen your team spends most of their day in. The goal was simple: put everything collectors need in one place and cut out the back-and-forth.

What’s New

Real-Time Account Updates

The dashboard is built on Phoenix LiveView, which means it updates in real time. When a payment comes in, a call finishes, or an account status changes, collectors see it immediately — no page refresh needed.

Integrated Calling

With our Amazon Connect integration, the Contact Control Panel sits right inside the dashboard. Collectors can start a call, see the transcription in real time, and log the outcome — all without switching tabs.

Payment Plan Management

Collectors can now create and manage payment plans directly from the account view:

  • Set up installment plans with custom amounts and schedules
  • Offer settlement plans with configurable discount percentages
  • Pause and resume plans when circumstances change
  • See full payment history and upcoming scheduled charges

Collector Groups

Managers can now organize collectors into groups and assign claims by group. Combined with the random rotation feature in campaigns, this ensures workload is distributed evenly across your team.

Activity Timeline

Every action on an account — calls, emails, payments, status changes — shows up in a unified activity timeline. This gives collectors full context on any account they pick up, even if they didn’t work it previously.

Built for the Day-to-Day

We designed this update based on how collectors actually work. Less clicking between screens, fewer tabs, and more context at a glance. If your team is spending too much time on navigation and not enough on actual collection work, this should help.
