You're charged once when a new customer (debtor) is added to the platform. This is a one-time fee per customer, regardless of how many claims or interactions they have.
Are agent accounts really unlimited?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited agent accounts at no extra cost. Add as many collectors, managers, and administrators as you need — we don't charge per seat.
When does it make sense to upgrade to Pro?
If you're spending more than $499/mo on usage fees with Pay As You Go, Pro will save you money since all per-unit rates are significantly lower. It also includes extras like call transcription, AI tools, and priority support.
