Early 2025 Platform Updates

We’ve been busy shipping improvements across the platform. Here’s a summary of what’s new in Catchpole.

Campaign Automation

We’ve improved the campaign engine to give you more control over your outreach sequences:

• Multi-step campaigns: Chain together email, SMS, and letter steps with configurable delays between each
• Maturity-based triggers: Automatically adjust outreach based on account age and status
• Campaign templates: Save and reuse campaign configurations across your organization

User Interface Improvements

• Refreshed dashboard layout with clearer navigation
• Dark mode support across the entire platform
• Improved mobile responsiveness for managing collections on the go
• Faster page load times throughout the application

Payment Processing

We’ve integrated with PaymentVision to expand payment options for debtors:

• ACH and card payments through a hosted payment page
• Automated payment plan tracking and reminders
• Payment confirmation notifications for both collectors and debtors

AWS Connect Integration

For teams using phone-based collections, we’ve added integration with Amazon Connect:

• Click-to-call directly from account pages
• Call recording and transcription
• Real-time call monitoring capabilities

Bug Fixes & Stability

• Fixed several edge cases in account import handling
• Improved error messages throughout the platform
• Performance improvements for organizations with large account volumes
