Payment Processing Is Now Live on Catchpole

We’re happy to announce that integrated payment processing is now live on Catchpole. Through our partnership with PaymentVision, you can now accept payments directly within the platform — no more juggling separate payment systems.

What’s Included

Hosted Payment Pages

Debtors can make payments through a secure, hosted payment page embedded right into the Catchpole experience. This supports both ACH bank transfers and card payments, giving debtors flexibility in how they pay.

Recurring Payments

For debtors on installment plans, Catchpole can now automatically charge scheduled payments. No more manual follow-ups on payment due dates — the system handles it and notifies both parties of the result.

Payment Plan Support

We’ve built three types of payment plans into the platform:

• Installment Plans: Monthly payments spread over a defined period
• Settlement Plans: One-time discounted payoff for faster resolution
• Pause Plans: Temporarily pause collection activity when needed

Each plan tracks its own payment history, and collectors can see the full picture from the account page.

Token-Based Security

Payment credentials are tokenized through PaymentVision — Catchpole never stores raw card or bank account numbers. This keeps both you and your debtors protected.

For Your Team

Collectors can see payment status in real time from the collector dashboard. When a payment comes in, the account balance updates automatically. If an auto-charge fails, both the collector and the organization are notified so follow-up can happen quickly.
