Collector Dashboard
The Collector Dashboard is a dedicated workspace designed for collection agents. It presents one customer at a time with all the tools needed to work the account effectively.
Customer View
When you open the dashboard, a customer is loaded automatically. You’ll see:
- Customer details — name, contact info, address
- Claim information — reference, amount, type, creditor, status
- Account status — payment plan status, legal holds
- Custom fields — any additional data imported with the claim
Action Buttons
Quick-action buttons for common tasks:
- Record Contact — log a phone call or interaction
- Send Email — send a templated or custom email
- Send Text — send an SMS message
- Confirm — confirm account details with the debtor
- Record Payment — record a payment received
- Payment Plan — create or view a payment plan
- Promise — record a promise-to-pay
- Documents — view or upload documents
- NSF Alert — flag a returned payment
- Callback — schedule a callback
- View Call History — see past call records
- Payment History — view payment records
AI Assist
The AI coaching panel provides real-time guidance:
- Suggested approach — tailored to the customer’s payment history
- Best time to call — based on prior successful contacts
- Compliance status — weekly call attempts used and restrictions
- Sentiment analysis — tone of last interaction
Status & Notes
Checkboxes to flag account dispositions:
- Willing to pay
- Rejects
- Hardship
- Only Income SS/SSIB
Navigation
- Previous / Next — move through your assigned accounts
- Random — load a random account from your queue
Phone Integration
The dashboard integrates with AWS Connect for built-in calling:
- Click-to-dial directly from the dashboard
- Call recording
- Phone status indicator (Linked/Not Linked)
