The Customer 360 is a single page that shows everything about a debtor — their claims, payment history, contact timeline, disputes, documents, and AI-recommended next actions.
AI Recommended Action
At the top of the page, the AI panel suggests the optimal next step:
- Best contact method and time — e.g., “Call between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM today”
- Suggested offer — e.g., “Offer a 3-month installment plan”
- Propensity to Pay — predicted payment likelihood based on the collection score
Customer Header
The header shows key identification:
- Full name
- Email, phone, and masked SSN
- Physical address
- Collection score grade (A-F) with visual badge
Summary Cards
Quick-reference cards show:
- Balance — total outstanding
- Total Paid — amount collected so far
- Claims — number of active claims
- Score — collection score out of 100
- Disputes — active dispute count
- Last Contact — time since last interaction

Claims Tab
All claims for this customer with reference, group, collector assignment, balance, due date, and legal hold status. Expandable to show debt details, customer info, and payment info.
Payments Tab
Complete payment history with dates, amounts, methods, and claim associations.
Timeline Tab
Chronological history of all interactions — calls, emails, SMS, payments, status changes.
Disputes Tab
Active and resolved disputes with status, reason, and resolution details.
Promises Tab
Promise-to-pay records with status (Pending, Kept, Broken).
Documents Tab
All associated documents — validation letters, agreements, correspondence.
Score Tab
Detailed scoring breakdown showing the grade, raw score, contributing factors with individual scores, and last calculation date.
