Smart Work Queue
The Smart Queue replaces manual account lists with an AI-prioritized work queue. Every collector sees the right accounts in the right order — maximizing recovery per hour worked.
AI Queue Insights
The insights panel at the top shows real-time AI predictions:
- Payment likelihood — accounts showing increased payment probability
- Default risk — accounts predicted to default soon
- Best contact window — optimal times to reach your top accounts
Queue Table
Each account in the queue shows:
- Rank — priority position based on scoring
- Customer / Claim — debtor name and claim reference
- Score — collection score grade and number
- AI Propensity to Pay — predicted payment likelihood percentage
- Balance — outstanding amount
- Days Past Due — aging in days
- Last Contact — when and how last contacted
- Priority — numerical priority score

Grade Distribution
Visual breakdown of accounts by grade (A through F) so you can see your portfolio quality at a glance.
Average Priority Score
The overall priority score across your queue, weighted by score, aging, contact history, and balance.
Filtering
Narrow your queue with filters:
- Grade — show only A, B, C, D, or F accounts
- Min Balance — set a minimum balance threshold
- Max Days Since Contact — focus on accounts not recently contacted
How Priority is Calculated
The priority score combines:
- Collection score — the account’s grade and raw score
- Aging — older debts may need attention
- Contact recency — accounts not recently contacted get a boost
- Balance — higher balances may be prioritized
- AI prediction — propensity-to-pay factors in
